On the video, the health is pulled up even with the health bar disabled due to the golden apple. This also applies to enchanted golden apples from my testing.

Would it be possible to add a config option to prevent any items that give absorption hearts like golden apples from raising the health bar, like how there's an option to prevent food from raising the food bar?

The reason I ask this suggestion is because I want to replace the default hud for Minecraft with the Halo Hud mod of yours. And my suggestion would be the final thing I need to make Halo Hud a true replacement.
