Well, here goes another - The Cold Sweat mod being sort of similar to Tough as Nails..

I do think having the temp readouts even when it's not needed is kind of eh, so I think hiding them could be fitting, only showing the body temp when it starts to decrease / increase, and the world temp when it's getting dangerously extreme.

It sadly might be a few weeks until I have time to work on this.

It's fine, I figured out just having it away from the hotbar works very well too.

I counted 7 being updated that has HUDs in 1.20.1 on Modrinth.
