I turned this lever on:

and the above crash happened

Is the circuit crashing every time it runs or did it just crash once and then never again?

Because I wasn't able to reproduce this crash and from the crash report and code I couldn't find any reason for the invalid state that caused the crash.

tbh, not sure, it only happened that once when I turned the lever on, I have no idea why it happened, or what happened
