Backpack(s) doesn't return to user after retriving the grave from You're in Grave Danger mod even with keepOnDeath enabled

Describe the bug
After interacting the grave assuming it has all the items you previously equipped, you'll notice you didn't get your backpack returned causing it to lose the backpack itself and any items stored within the backpack. You'll also notice the grave doesn't spawn if you only have the backpack equipped.
To Reproduce
- Have both Backpacked and You're in Grave Danger installed
- join any world with the backpack equipped in the backpack slot
- Die and interact the grave you left behind
- check the backpack menu and notice there are no backpack(s) equipped
