Backpack GUI opens after closing a GUI that the backpack keybind was pressed in

Mod version: 1.7.0
Pressing the backpack keybind with a backpack equipped whilst in another GUI causes the backpack GUI to immediately open (with opening sound) after closing said GUI. I would expect it to do nothing in a context like this.
