I have not made the original mod, credits for that go to the original authors However I made some changes as requested by owners of Kuba's Modded Factions server
All the changes I made to the mod are listed below

• Teleport Ritual now summons the taglocked entity to the circle
• Taglock now warns the target player, has a success chance and cooldown
• Changed some effect stats
• Added Loactor Ritual
