If you plug in a big consumer, i.E. Mekanism ultimate cable, and set it to pull, the stored energy in the reactor can actually go below zero:

This issues persists even if the reactor is dismantles.

The reactor actually gives out RF even while offline, so this can be used to generate infinite energy for free.
