Is it possible to add moderator/coil block attributes to tooltips?

Possible, yes. However, to allow people to play with the mod how they want, i probably wont be doing exactly that. What I probably will do is have a tooltip that says yup, its a moderator and have JEI integration to show what its properties are, so if you dont want to see them and want to figure it out, you can.

Sounds like a good idea.
