Create Drill can break Fleshkin Chests regardless of owner

Describe the bug
Using a Create drill allows any player to break Fleshkin Chests, including those they do not own.

Expected behavior
The chest not to break.

This bug was discovered by @Rahuro on Discord.

If flesh chests are supposed to be completely unbreakable to anyone but the owner then this is a severe issue as it would affect any mod that allows breaking blocks separate from the player (maybe even vanilla with things like TNT unless those are explicitly disabled).
