Black ice Ore

black ice ore will only spawn in the black ice biome 

black ice ore right now will replace these blocks: any type of ice and snow which means you will have to dig in the snow instead of underground

Black Ice BIOME:

It has a possibility to spawn near snowy taiga.

the first layer of the biome is powder snow  (so make sure to bring leather boots!)

second layer is snow. (so go ahead and try finding black ice)
