Issue Description:

When using the sacrificial dagger in quick succession, you can kill yourself twice or more during a lag spike. When you pick up the drops it will have 2 sacrificial daggers.

What happens:

1 Sacrificial dagger, kill yourself with cuts during a lag spike, actually dies twice, drops 2 daggers.

What you expected to happen:

1 Dagger drops from death

Steps to reproduce:

1. Take dagger
2. Cut yourself until you die during a lag-spike
3. Drop 2 daggers
   ...
4. Profit?

Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"):

• BloodMagic: BloodMagic-1.9.4-2.1.0-69
• Minecraft: 1.10.2
• Forge: 2185

Are you sure these duplicate daggers are not client-side only? If you're on a server relog, or if you're in singleplayer, pop out of the world and go back in to see if they're still there.

They are persistent.

Having the issue on the Official All the Mods Server.

I remember this being a thing in FTB Infinity Expert mode (just holding down right click, no need to wait for a lag spike), on server. However I strongly believe it is an interaction with the gravestones mod in that pack. Sadly I cannot provide any further information as it has been some time (and the mod has since been completly rewritten).

@TehNut try allocating less ram to minecraft so it runs slower. lag might be a necessary component in this.
