Issue Description:

I found that all my rituals using "IMRS" were activated after a server restart, even without a redstone signal.
I had to re-activate them to reset them.
Basically after a server restart the IMRS act as normal MRS.

I spy a ChickenChunks chunk loader. Can you try without that?

I finally got around to do some testing and I managed to reproduce the bug with just blood magic on a server.

1. Setup a few rituals (IMRS)
2. Activate them (they're off)
3. Restart server
4. They're on

any news on this?
