[1.11.2] Buckets can't extract from tank/inputting does not update bucket to be empty.

Issue Description:

Just going to start of by saying this affects a number of mods but not all that add containers, assuming forge has changed something that's gone under the radar for some mod's....

What happens:

Attempting to input a liquid into a tank results in the tank filling with a buckets worth of that liquid however the bucket itself remains full.

Attempting to remove liquid from a tank with a bucket results in a buckets worth of liquid to be voided.

Pair this with mods that add in-world placers for fluids results in duping from a single bucket.

What you expected to happen:

Buckets to work as intended inputting/extracting from containers without dupes.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Place tank
  2. Try to insert any fluid using bucket
  3. Marvel at all the duped/inaccessible fluid you now own.
    ...
