Issue Description:

localization error when using a seer sigil

What happens:

The seer spits out a unlocalized string "tooltip.BloodMagic.sigil.seer.otherNetwork" when I right-click the air, along with the current essence in my network.

What you expected to happen:

a localized string in place of the unlocalized one

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Give yourself a Seer Sigil.
  2. Right-click the air.

Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"):

  • BloodMagic: 2.1.11-80
  • Minecraft: 1.10.2
  • Forge: 2477

Sorry about that. I assume you mean it's invalid because I didn't fill in the reproduction steps properly? I've since edited the issue accordingly, although a 1 1/2 year old issue might not be relevant anymore anyway, so...

I'm pretty sure it's been fixed since.
