Issue Description:
World Freeze when trying to load in my pack

What happens:
Starting a World is causing a World to Freeze
What you expected to happen:
Being able to load the World properly
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a World
Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"):
- BloodMagic: 1.12.2-2.2.6-89
- Minecraft: 1.12.2
- Forge: 14.23.2.2619
