Issue Description:

I have a serenade of the nether with an inverted master ritual stone. If the ritual is activated but not receiving a redstone signal when you exit and quit to title, when you return to your minecraft world, the ritual starts producing lava without a redstone signal.

What happens:

I have a serenade of the nether with an inverted master ritual stone. If the ritual is activated but not receiving a redstone signal when you exit and quit to title, when you return to your minecraft world, the ritual starts producing lava without a redstone signal.

What you expected to happen:

When the world starts up, a ritual with an inverted master ritual stone but no redstone signal will not have its effect active.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a ritual with an inverted master ritual stone. I used serenade of the nether.
2. Activate it.
   2.5 Do not give it a redstone signal
3. Save and quit to title
4. Go back into the world
5. The is now functioning as if it has a normal master ritual stone.
   ...

I wish I never added the inverted MRS tbh. Nothing but problems.

I'm not everyone, but I for one wouldn't mind if the inverted MRS suddenly disappeared. It really isn't anything that can't be done with a bit of redstone.

TBH, I can see a couple of people getting upset if they suddenly disappeared. But if they were to all suddenly become normal Master Ritual Stones, I don't think enough people would complain to make it worth keeping
