Issue Description:

I built a Tier 1 altar with a Well of Suffering Ritual over it (probably not important) and put a Master Blood Orb into it. The Master Blood Orb Absorbed LP even though it shouldn't.

What happens:

Master Blood Orb Absorbing LP from a tier 1 altar

What you expected to happen:

No LP should be absorbed

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Build a Tier 1 Altar
  2. Put a Master Blood Orb in it.
  3. Sacrifice
    ...
