(1.12.2) Mining Reagent in Alchemy Array Plays Incorrect Spinning Animation

Description:
A fairly minor bug: when using the mining reagent in an alchemy array to make a mining sigil, the array plays the spinning animation for passive buffs, instead of the crafting animation.
Steps to reproduce:
- Place Alchemy Array on ground
- Place Mining Reagent in it
- Place appropriate slate in it
- Array should show the wrong animation
Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"):
- BloodMagic: 2.2.12-97
- Minecraft: 1.12.2
