Issue Description:

Sentient Bow uses Spectral arrows / arrows with potion effect but does not apply the respective effects.
Trickshot bonus arrows do not apply effects.

What happens:

In case of Sentient Bow: special arrows get used up but nothing special / only flavored will special effect happens.
In case of Trickshot upgrade: In most cases multiple arrows hit the same target but if the main arrow (using a normal bow) hits the target during the invulnerability frame, the potion effect is not applied.

Sentient Bow & Trickshot: same as Sentient Bow & Trickshot arrows are normal arrows (without flavored will effect)

What you expected to happen:

Sentient Bow should either apply the respective potion effects or use no arrows (for example use Demonic Will instead, if there are no normal arrows present).
Trickshot arrows should either have the first arrow that hits apply the potion/will effect, have all arrows apply potion/will effects or have trickshot arrows apply a weaker version of the potion/will effects.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Get a Sentient Bow, any type of Tartaric Gem and Spectral arrows or arrows with potion effects (Trickshot easiest to notice with Destructive Will, everything else should be tested with Raw Will, I tested with Vengeful, too)
2. Fire the arrow at a mob (Invisiblity and Spectral arrows are the most apparent ones)
3. Get Living Armor and apply a Trickshot Tome
4. Fire slightly to the sides of a mob, the spread from the multiple arrows should make a Trickshot arrow hit
5. Fire directly at a mob, Trickshot arrows hit first in most cases
6. Mobs that die to Trickshot arrows might or might not drop Will
7. Get a normal Bow and commence Steps 4 & 5
