Blood Tank accepts Bucket input even if it doesn't have enough remaining capacity

Issue Description:

If the Blood Tank is not completly filled but has less than a Bucket of tank space remaining, it still "accepts" Bucket input (empties the bucket) but doesn't get filled any more.

What happens:

(So far tested with Life Essence Bucket) Blood Tank has less than a Bucket remaining capacity, Bucket empties, Tank doesn't fill

What you expected to happen:

Tank rejecting the Bucket input

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Fill Tier 1 Blood Tank between 15001 and 15999
  2. Try to input by right clicking with a Bucket of the liquid
  3. Notice that something is off

SSP testing pending, just noticed I don't have WAILA installed

Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"):

  • BloodMagic: 1.12.2-12.2.2-97
  • Minecraft: 1.12.2
  • Forge: 14.23.3.2679 (some number I just cannot memorize)

Nevermind, only works with the dublicated Life Essence Buckets (That are stacked but shouldn't) from #1323
