Issue Description:

I'm running a large list of mods, so I expect issues, but anyway...

The divination sigil is only giving "current essence: xxxxx" even when right clicking on the blood altar or the incense altar. I can live without that functionality but I wouldn't like it (as much ;D )

Definitely my fault, the info was covered up by the one probe overlay.
