Issue Description:

All rituals can be activated with a Weak Activation Crystal

What happens:

Weak activation crystal can activate any ritual.

What you expected to happen:

Mark of the falling Tower and other advanced rituals should require a higher tier activation crystal.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Make Mark of the falling Tower
  2. Activate it with a Weak Activation Crystal
  3. Throw a diamond on it
  4. Stand on the MRS, go into Gamemode 0 and wait.

Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"):

  • BloodMagic: -99 // source compiled
  • Minecraft: 1.12.2
  • Forge: 2655?
