Trickshot arrows don't apply Will effect with Sentient Bow / Trickshot arrows don't apply potion arrow effects

Issue Description:
Trickshot arrows are normal arrows, ignoring any additional effects that might be caused.
Trickshot arrows might hit the target before the original arrow does.
In the case of the Sentient Bow (or any bow that is not normal) this might greatly reduce damage/effectiveness of the arrow and won't apply effects most of the time.
In the case of potion arrows, potion effects won't be applied most of the time.
What happens:
Firing at a target with Trickshot will have the Trickshot arrows hit most of the time, not applying any effects.
What you expected to happen:
At least the first arrow that hits a target should apply all effects.
Secondary arrows (created from Trickshot or not) should either apply weakened effects or none at all (even if it's the original arrow).
Steps to reproduce:
- Get bow, Trickshot & special arrows
- Test a couple times, checking after each firing (aim slightly to the side to make trickshot arrows more likely to hit)
- Note that special effects (will, potion, increased damage) won't get applied every time
