Mob attractor array stops working after being unloaded

Issue Description:
Works in SSP after moving >30 Chunks away, once returned to the array
Works in SMP after moving >30 Chunks away, once returned to the array
Issue is invalid or requires more information.
What happens:
The array shifts focus to another mob every 50 ticks.
If the mob has not reached the array yet within those 50 ticks, it might shift to another mob and the first attracted mob might turn somewhere else.
If you want to actually contain mobs, the mob attractor array is not the way to go.
What you expected to happen:
Exactly that. Provide additional information if you experience something else.
