You know all that text you deleted that prompted information like the mod version, the forge version, or he'll even the MC version? Fill it out.

He's talking about the issue template that is supposed to be filled out as it is very important (and the most basic) information you need to provide.

Also: Images can be uploaded to GitHub directly which is safer and more persistent than image hosting services.

By ignoring the issue template, you're basically spitting in our faces telling us that you're too privileged to follow basic rules of bug reporting.
Unless you can tell us when (under which circumstances) this is happening and under which version, we cannot figure it out with a lot of unneeded work.

And might, in fact, refuse to do so. Fill out the issue template, be more friendly and try to be understanding, we have better things to do than figuring out every single reason for every single (potentially) ultra-specific issue report ourselves, especially considering everyone who does these reports can do that by investing a little more time themselves because they're the one who have successfully (re)produced the issue at least once.

I hope that is constructive enough for you because you successfully wasted 10 minutes of my life for me to explain what we mean by "all that text you deleted" and "being constructive", even though it was presented to you all along.
