[Suggestion] Blood magic hard mode

In essence more punitive measures for existing Blood Magic interactions.
From the Curseforge project page:
Have you ever picked up a magic mod for Minecraft, and thought that it was too tame? Was there not enough danger involved when creating your next high-tech gadget? Bored with all of those peaceful animals just staring at you without a care in the world? Well then, I am glad you came here!
This is not the case.
Well. Blood Magic is not lame, and you CAN kill yourself (if you're careless) but it is not very gruesome (compared to real life modern animal farming) or dangerous (dying is usually a rarity).
Peaceful animals also still just stare at you.
Here are some ideas:

Activating stuff without enough LP in your network (that usually only takes from the network, not from yourself, i.e. Rituals) should be able to kill you.

Animals run away from you in fear after they see you using blood magic (or sacrificing stuff or if you're so far advanced into it that you have an "aura" because of the practice in blood magic)

Dying hurts your soul network (and an empty soul network hurts you)

A filled-to-the-brink soul network could bring (unwanted) side effects

Living armor slowly merges with the blood mage's body, consuming life essence (or reserving a part of the soul network for itself), dealing damage (and/or taking LP) when taking it off or even making it impossible to remove without a special ritual (could also give boni to the blood mage because the armor is VERY attached to the mage).
