Issue Description:

Assembly of the High Altar does not work correctly and does not build a full Altar ziggurat.

What happens:

Assembly of the High Altar only builds the Altar Block + 1 Blood Rune out of an attached chest with all materials.

What you expected to happen:

Should build a full altar up to the available components from the attached chest.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Build the Ritual "The Assembly of the High Altar"
  2. Place a chest on top of the MRS with an abundancy of Altar components (Blood Runes, Altar block, Bloodstone brick, Glowstone....)
  3. Activate the Ritual. It should stop after placing the Altar block + 1 Blood Rune.

Having same issue in PO3, using 1.12.2-2.4.0-102. In Creative, first time I tried the ritual, it built most of the structure (used the beacons as the pillars under the glowstone, though), with only 4 runes on each side for the level 5, and then 1 rune near the corners of the top ritual stone structures.

Thought maybe it was too close to my other blood altar, so moved that one. Also wanted to get some screenshots of the result, but the second attempt only built the altar and 1 corner rune, as the original report says.
