[Suggestion] Configurable Blood Altar (multiblock) components

Configurability for Blood Altar core components (Glowstone/Sea Lantern, Bloodstone Brick, Beacons, Crystal Clusters) to use other Blocks.
Configuration for Blood Rune values.
Changing Blood Altar core components should be reflected in JEI, Guide-API, Inspectoris Scandalum.
Config file or CraftTweaker support (need to look into it).
