Wrong Flask recipes in JEI

Issue Description:

When looking at the Alchemy Table tab in JEI, the Bounce/Cling/Flight/Deaf potion recipes show the wrong results if the world's potion effects have been changed

What happens:

In my test world, JEI shows the following recipes:
Potion Flask + Slime Block -> Thaumorrea Potion Flask (should be Bounce)
Potion Flask + String -> Soul Fray Potion Flask (should be Cling)
Potion Flask + Cake -> Flight Potion Flask
Potion Flask + Beetroot -> Sun Scorned Potion Flask (should be Deaf)

Some things to note:

  • The test world is one where I changed the mod list and configs several times, so I don't know how to get the specific combination listed above.
  • If I reload the same test world with only blood magic, JEI shows those four recipes outputting potions with no effects, even the one that gives Flight.
  • This issue only appears in worlds where the potion effects have been changed. There's no problem with newly generated worlds.
  • The problem doesn't affect all the flask recipes, only the last four.
  • The potions are crafted normally, this is only a visual bug in the JEI tab.

What you expected to happen:

To see the correct recipes.
Also, are those four flasks supposed to show their content as completely black?

Steps to reproduce:

1 Create a new world with blood magic and any other mod that adds potion effects (I tried separately Thaumcraft 6.1.BETA26 and Electroblob's Wizardry 4.1.4 - There's no issue with Astral Sorcery)
2 Exit the game and remove the other potion effect-adding mod
3 Join the same world again and check the last four flask uses in JEI
