Blood Letter's Pack deletes itself if right clicked in the offhand while player has a chest piece on

Issue Description:

If you have a Blood Letter's Pack in your off hand while wearing a normal chest piece and you right click, the Blood Letter's pack is replaced by whatever you are holding in your main hand and the Blood Letter's Pack is deleted.

A desynchronisation occurs. The item from your main hand has moved to the offhand, but a copy remains in your main hand. This is not a real item, and it vanishes if you try to interact with it.

The blood letter's pack is definitely gone however, reloading the game confirms this.

What happens:

Blood Letter's Pack is deleted

What you expected to happen:

Either nothing (as would happen if pack in your main hand) or it swaps with your chest plate.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Wear any armour in chest slot
  2. Hold Blood Letter's Pack in offhand
  3. Right click
  4. Blood Letter's Pack deleted

Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"):

Tested in minimal environment with Blood Magic, Forge and JEI.
