Tough Palms Leveling When Not Supposed To

Issue Description:

Tough Palms upgrade upgrades without sacrificing proper amount.

What happens:

If you empower the Dagger near an Incense Altar, and spam right click without a Blood Altar nearby, it will not take hearts, but will level up Tough Palms.

What you expected to happen:

To not level up Tough Palms, because no health is being sacrificed.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Equip Living Armour.
  2. Equip Sacrificial Dagger.
  3. Place Incense Altar.
  4. Empower the Sacrificial Dagger with the Incense Altar.
  5. Spam right click, and watch Tough Palms level up like crazy. No health is taken.

Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"):

  • Minecraft: 1.12.2
