Sentient tools are missing anvil recipes for repairing in JEI

Issue Description:
JEI doesn't show anvil repair recipes for sentient tools in JEI
What happens:
JEI doesn't show [Sentient tool] + Demon crystal recipes
What you expected to happen:
JEI to show recipes to repair stuff.
Steps to reproduce:
- ./give @p bloodmagic:sentient_sword 1 500 (500 durability damage sentient sword)
- Get a demon crystal
- Put the damaged sentient sword into the first, the demon crystal into the second anvil slot
- It's repairable
- Check JEI for the recipe
- note its absence
Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"):
- BloodMagic: -102
- Minecraft: 1.12.2
- Forge: Anvil
