Issue Description:

What happens:

I try to create weakness splash potion using weakness potion and a blank slate.

What you expected to happen:

Brew throwable splash variant of weakness potion (8 throws?)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add potion flask with weakness on alchemy table
2. Add blank slate
3. Provide blood orb (magician's in my case)
   ...
