Issue Description:

Probably just because it was missed, Bloodstone Bricks don't count as a pillar top for Tier 4.

What happens:

The Blood Altar stays at Tier 3 until the caps are replaced with Large Bloodstone Bricks.

What you expected to happen:

The altar to upgrade to Tier 4.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Build a Blood Altar to Tier 3.
2. Build Tier 4, but replace the pillar tops with Bloodstone Bricks like the book says.
3. Inspect the altar with the sigil of your choice; it stays Tier 3.

Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"):

• BloodMagic: 1.16.3-3.0.1-6
• Minecraft: 1.16.4
• Forge: 35.1.1

Tested and definitely working in the latest version.

3.0.2-7 on 1.16.3 is the same ....large bloodstone works fine but the bricks don't.
Nice to have the mod back and seems fine otherwise so far
