[Backlog] JEI hover-tooltip for recipe costs (will, LP)

Issue Description:

[4:45 PM] Unhook: Back in 1.12, when you would hover over the arrow it would tell you what tier the recipe is, how much LP gets drained and how much time it takes to craft. Is this functionality just still missing in 1.16 or is it a bug?

What happens:

No tooltip.

What you expected to happen:

Tooltip when hovering over arrow

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open JEI recipe
  2. hover over arrow

Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"):

  • BloodMagic: 1.16.3-git
  • Minecraft: 1.16.3
  • Forge: -

This is related to the alchemy table.

I'm looking at the Blood Altar recipes and it shows the LP cost and Tier in JEI. Not as a mouseover, but just written on the recipes. (It also shows the Consumption and Drain in LP/t if you mouse over the Altar; TIL!)

The mouseover for Will Usage is working just fine for me in the Hellfire Forge.

(I'm using BloodMagic-1.16.3-3.0.2-7.jar)
