Remove durability on Elemental Inscription tools... Since the Ritual Diviner has unlimited durability and auto-builds the rituals, Elemental Inscription Tools are basically only useful for decoration purposes.

Significantly more difficult, but would be very fun for creative builders. Let Elemental Inscription Tools work on any block - take the block texture, overlay the inscription and replace it. Breaking the block would return original un-inscribed block back, or would possibly pop-off the inscription and return the block to normal. Good for decoration. (Maybe look at how openblocks stencils do it? or adjust mimic blocks?)
