Can't harvest blocks anymore

What happens:

When destroying a block, no items are dropped

What you expected to happen:

Items to be dropped

Steps to reproduce:

1. Use tool
2. Hit block

Why do they call the Looting event on breaking a block? That's silly...

Downgraded to 3.0.5-10, which doesn't seem to have the issue

I have a similar issue, but for me MC just randomly crashes with a ticking world.
