Issue Description:

Currently, when you are harvesting spires from a Crystal Cluster, you need at least 1,024 Raw Will on you. Could we change it so that it's 1,024 will of any type? possibly even split over multiple types / gems, so if you have 512 raw and 512 corrosive, you can harvest the gems?

[After some discussion with Way, we decided to keep it as just 1024 Will of any one type. I've updated the manual to specify this.]
