Issue Description:

Ritual of the full spring doesnt have the filling of a tank function actually implemented, doesnt say NYI, nothing in the current code to actually do it, just figured I'd point it out in case no one has realized it yet

What happens:

place tank in fill spot, doesnt spawn water nor fill tank, regardless of essence, again, nothing in code to actually do it anyways

What you expected to happen:

either fill the tank or just add to the guide that its NYI

Steps to reproduce:

  1. make ritual
  2. activate ritual
  3. fill aura
  4. place tank
  5. dont profit
    ...

Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"):

  • BloodMagic: 1.16.3
  • Minecraft: 1.16.4
  • Forge: not sure where to find this
