Ritual Tinkerer / Ritual Diviner cannot be changed when looking at a non-air block

Issue Description:

The Ritual Tinkerer and Ritual Diviner require you to right-click or shift-right-click while looking at air in order to cycle through their abilities. They do not cycle if you are looking at any non-air block [though they do work if you're looking at water, as long as there's not a block behind it within range)

What happens:

shift-right-click with ritual diviner while looking at the sky - works as usual.
shift-right-click with ritual diviner while looking at the ground - nothing happens.
Same for the Ritual Tinkerer.

What you expected to happen:

The diviner and tinkerer should be able to cycle regardless of what block the player is looking at, unless that block is a Master Ritual Stone.

Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"):

  • BloodMagic: all 1.16 versions, tested on the latest dev-build
  • Forge: 35.1.37
  • Minecraft:1.16.4
