Issue Description:

Tartaric Gem in the offhand doesn't start filling with will after filling tartaric gem in standard inventory.

What happened:

Gem in offhand stays at current will level after initial gem is filled.

What you expected to happen:

Gem in offhand should either fill first ( what I expected) or fill after the other one has filled.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Crafter two tartaric gems.
2. Have one in the off hand while killing mobs with a sentient sword.
