Issue Description:

Living gear not upgrading, no message in chat and no points

What happens:

No matter how many things you do to progress a certain perk, no upgrade message pops up and no points will be displayed when you look at the gear

What you expected to happen:

Gear levels up

Steps to reproduce:

1. Make (in this case chestplate) Living Gear
2. Take lot of damage (took over 100 hearts)
   ...

Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"):

• BloodMagic: 1.16.4-3.1.5-25
• Minecraft: 1.16.5
• Forge: 36.2.6

Are you aware you have to have a full suit of living armor to gain perks and apply effects?
