Issue Description:

i goto use /effect give {username here} and select a blood magic effect like flight for example in single player its fine,

What happens:

playing on my own server and using the command above resaults in a game crash and server restarts

What you expected to happen:

the effect gets givin to said player and works fine

Steps to reproduce:

1. login to a server that you an op of with cheats enabled
2. use command /effect give [Username Here] bloodmagic:flight
3. crash.
   ...

Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"):

• BloodMagic: 3.1.10-32
• Minecraft: 1.16.5
• Forge: 36.2.34 and 36.2.35
