Issue Description:

The Mark of the Falling Tower ritual absolutely does not work. There are no blocks above the ritual center, the catalyst was thrown.

2. Activate it with weak activation crystal
3. Drop atop of master ritual stone catalyst like diamond or stone block e.t.c
   ...

How much LP is in your Soul Network? There is now both an Activation Cost and separate 'recipe' cost, so most Meteors now cost 2 million LP.

damn, i tryed to summon Meteors with 1 million LP max. But in guide API don't written about meteor costs
