More and more pack maker focused mods, like Lychee, offer the ability to run commands as part of their recipes.

It would be nice, therefore, to have commands for working with a player's soul network.

One to add to it by player name and one to pull from it. Ideally, the pull one should return a failure if it cannot pull, thius allowing conditions to fail if the player doesn't hand enough.

This allows for a very simple interface between these mods and blood magic, to perform crafts that require LP but that work through other crafting methods than those allowed by blood magic.
