What happens:

Sigil of suppression lags a chunk and sometimes even chunk-bans players

What you expected to happen:

Drain the water from a flooded base

Steps to reproduce:

1. Activate Sigil Of Suppression underneath water, in an area that is flooded with lots of water (An underwater base)
2. Turn off sigil/teleport away
3. Go back to original area where sigil was used, and there may be a bugged chunk (not sure how often it happens)

Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"):

• BloodMagic: 3.3.1-43
• Minecraft: 1.20.1
• Forge: 47.1.3
