[1.20.1] [3.3.3-45] Contents and name of Shulker Boxes reset by Fortuna extract or Soft coating

Issue Description:

When using a pickaxe with Fortuna Extract or Soft Coating on it, it resets metadata of shulker boxes that are picked up with it.
Color stays since it's part of the ID or so I presume.

What happens:

Items inside the shulker box disappear, and it's name resets to default
The metadata don't get preserved

What you expected to happen:

When I puck up a shulker box with any tool, it drops itself while preserving all of it's items inside of it as well as it's name

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Place a (named) shulker box of any or no color with items in it
  2. Get a pickaxe (tested with vanilla diamond). and apply either Fortuna Extract or Soft Coating to it
  3. Use it to pick up the shulker box
  4. The shulker box is now reset
