Feature request-Ritual to block flight.

Today I saw a very interesting topic, requesting for methods to stop players from flying in a certain area, however.. the options were far and few, and didn't exactly tackle the problem directly... And this could actually be something extremely handy for players wanting some restrictions in certain area's.

I figured, "Hey Blood magics got a ritual for flight, maybe Way could come up with something to negate flight in a certain range!" A ritual that draws them to the earth, and weighs them down, Rendering most methods of flight helpless.. Being able to set a certain area a "No fly zone" would be incredibly useful, and unique.

Sort-of implemented with Ritual of Grounding in 1.12.2-2.4.0-102.

I might take this ritual and turn it into an Interactable Ritual, so that people can use a sort of permissions system for it

This would fit well as a reagent effect for feathered earth, or reverence of the condor.

The reagent effect would work on anything, mobs, players, even the owner and activator., good for a mob trap with stuff like bats, and wisps.

The advanced version that I was going to do would only affect players not whitelisted, so you could use flight to get to some of the hidden parts of your base

An issue i see with this is due to multiple forms of flight. Thaumcraft's Outer Lands has a flight disable included but it only stops some forms of flight, and does not block the Simply Jetpacks flight. I think this is probably quite a difficult addition.

What if instead of trying to block all forms of flight, you just started dealing damage to anyone who was off the ground for an extended period of time, say, five seconds?

That way even people with some sort of added jumping ability could still use that inside the area of the ritual. You could even make the timer configurable.
