Blood Altar Crashes my Game

I'm using minecraft ver. 1.7.10 and the problem happened in both Blood Magic Versions 1.7.10-1.3.3-12 and 1.7.10-1.3.3-13
I was also using the Guide API 1.7.10-1.0.1-20
I'm using forge 1.7.10.13.2.1230
Whenever i try to place a Blood altar my game crashes
