I've killed multiple demons with bound blade and received no demon crystal drop. I've killed fallen angels and ice demons. I'm playing this as part of Bevo's Tech Pack

You have to kill Elementals for demon blood shards, not the regular demons.

This is not about getting blood shards. Please read the OP. It's about getting Demon Crystals.
